Welcome to the HTM Community.

This space is for reselling questions, sourcing discussions, and wins worth sharing. A few things that make it work:

• Ask specific questions. "Is this a good deal?" gets fewer answers than "Bought at $180, Swappa comps say $240, is the margin worth the ESN risk?"
• Post the numbers. Cost, comps, and condition tell the whole story.
• Share what did not work. A failed flip teaches more than a clean one.
